I can turn any button in a sew-on button for you! I call them buttonbuttons. They are post (or shank) type buttons. You can use them to replace regular buttons on clothes or your projects or you can just use them as a way to more permanently attach your buttons. I can only add them to new buttons that you order at the same time. When you order please specify in the comments field which buttons you want to be converted (list the codes). Once a button is converted it cannot be converted back! 50 cents each (in addition to the cost of a button).
