You don't need a credit card to order!
Ordering is really easy! First of all, you don't need
a credit card to use the shopping cart and to place
an order. Once you place an order online you can send
in a check, money order, well-concealed cash (be careful),
or you can pay online via paypal. I don't take credit
cards directly. To use paypal you don't have to have a
paypal account, they simply process credit card transactions
for me.
Payments must be in US Funds!
All payments must be in US funds only! If you live outside
of the US and send a check or a money order it must be
drawn from a US bank. You cannot just write "US funds"
on a check and have it work - it won't. Usually your post
office will offer International Money Orders and that's
often the best way to send in a payment.

Please don't send change!
If you do send cash, please make sure it's well-hidden
and can't be seen from the outside. Also, please don't
send change! The post office gets mad at me. The change
works its way out and ends up in their machines - they
don't like that! Post office workers have enough problems!
^__^ You can send postage stamps instead of change, or
if the change amounts to a few pennies, just round it
up or down. BTW, if cash gets lost in the mail there's
nothing you or I can do about it, unlike with a check
or money order when you can get your money back.
Using the shopping cart...
To add items to your shopping cart, just click on an
item's checkbox and then press the 'add to my cart' button
at the bottom of a page. That will take you to the shopping
cart page, which you can also go to at any time by clicking
on the shopping cart links at the top-left or bottom of
the page. You can change quantities or remove items here.
If you are placing an international order the shopping
cart will not tell you the total shipping cost until you
get to the verification step. International shipping doesn't
cost much extra though, so figure on a dollar or two more.
If the shopping cart is being naughty...
If the shopping cart isn't working for you, check to
make sure that you have cookies enabled in your browser.
If it still doesn't work you can place a manual order
with this form.
Checking out...
When you are ready to order, press the 'Start Checking
Out' button and you'll be presented with a page where
you can enter your address information. Please enter your
full name and address. I know alot of people just like
to leave out their last name but if feel that if a package
has trouble getting to where it's supposed to be having
a full name on it can only help.
Make sure your email address is correct!!!
If you enter it incorrectly I won't be able to contact
you.
Verifying your order...
The next step is to verify your order by clicking on
the 'Verify my order' button. At this point you'll be
given the total cost of your order including all shipping
charges. Just make sure that your order is correct and
that you've entered your address correctly. If you need
to change anything just use your browser's back button.
If everything is okay you can place your order.
Placing your order...
After pressing the 'Place my order' button you'll be
presented with a final page containing your order and
payment information. If you are paying via paypal there
will be a payment button that will open a paypal window
and allow you to make your payment easily. Otherwise,
send in your payment to the address you'll be given. You
should send in your payment as quickly as you can, orders
are not filled until your payment is received! You
don't need to send in a copy of your order with your payment
(save trees please!) just a little note with your name
and email address will be fine.

A copy of your order will be emailed to you.
When you can expect your order.
When I receive your payment I'll send you an email to
let you know. After that it generally takes a week for
me to fill and ship an order, though it can take more
or less time depending on my work load, so please allow
for 2-3 weeks from the time I receive your payment to
when you receive your order. I will send you another email
when I ship your order.
What to do if something goes terribly wrong...
If there's a problem with your order, don't worry, just
email me and I'll
do everything I can to make sure everything is fixed.
